Dear all,
Three years of JOI.
I started this platform as a way to slow down and pay closer attention. To collect visual stories that feel honest, thoughtful, and full of life, and to stay close to the people and places that remind me why creativity matters.
This year, I want JOI to be guided by two things: continuing to learn, and staying present while I do. Being curious and noticing the details that usually get lost in the rush.
I hope JOI can keep feeling like a quiet corner of the internet where we celebrate craft, culture, and the beauty of process, and where joy shows up in small, real ways.
Thank you for being here and for letting JOI grow.
Warmly,
Josephine Choe, Founder and Creative Director
